Do you have a bakery shop in Longwood?

Our first storefront is at 851 E SR 434, Suite 130, Longwood, FL 32750. We hope to open in mid-November 2026, pending our final permits. It will be open Thursday to Sunday, 8 AM to 2 PM, with fresh bread baked every morning, drip coffee and a toast bar. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for opening day. See the Longwood bakery page.

Where can I buy your bread near Longwood or Orlando?

We deliver across all of Seminole County and parts of Orange County, so that's your best bet for getting our bread near Longwood. In the Orlando area, you'll find us at the Winter Park Farmers Market, and if you're up for a bit of a drive, we also do the Mount Dora Farmers Market. We don't deliver to every zip code yet, but we can ship to you.

Is your bread organic?

We bake with organic flour. We use other organic ingredients whenever we can get them, though not every ingredient is organic. Each product page lists its full ingredients.

Do your breads contain allergens or gluten?

Yes. All of our sourdough breads contain wheat and gluten, and none are gluten-free. Some of our breads and bakes also contain tree nuts, such as walnuts, and dairy, such as cheese and butter. Other items may contain additional allergens. Because everything is made in the same kitchen, we can't guarantee any product is free from cross-contact. Please check the full ingredient list on each product page, and reach out with any questions before ordering.

How does market pickup work?

Order on Hotplate before the cutoff, then pick up your order at our market booth.

Do you offer gift boxes?

Sending bread to someone in Florida? Ship it to their address. Our caramel stroopwafels and the sourdough starter kit also make great gifts.

How should I store my sourdough?

Keep it at room temperature for 1-2 days. For longer, slice it and freeze it.

Can I freeze sourdough bread?

Yes. Slice the loaf, freeze it, and toast slices straight from frozen.

Should I order a sliced or whole loaf?

Our sliced loaves are ready to go straight into the freezer or the toaster. A whole loaf, like Our Signature Sourdough, is yours to slice at home.

What is in your sourdough?

Just the good stuff. Our classic loaf is organic wheat flour, water, our sourdough starter and salt, fermented slowly for great flavor and a tender crumb. Our flavored loaves start with that same dough. Cranberry Walnut adds cranberries and walnuts, and Sun-dried Tomatoes and Basil adds sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and Italian spices. We choose organic ingredients wherever we can. Every product page lists the full ingredients.

How do I care for the sourdough starter?

Van Dough Jr. is a living piece of our starter, fed on organic wheat flour and water. A care guide comes inside the package.
