Part-Time Front Counter Team Member
Longwood, FL · $15/hour plus shared tips
We’re a Dutch sourdough bakery opening our first storefront at 851 E State Road 434, Ste 130, Longwood, FL 32750, in mid-November 2026, and we’re looking for a friendly, quick person to join our front counter team.
What you'll do
Greet customers, take orders and payments on Square, box loaves and pastries, hand out pre-orders, keep the pastry case full and the counter spotless.
Schedule
Part-time, 3–4 days a week (Thursday–Sunday), 7 AM–about 2:30 PM. We open at 8, so you’ll help set up before doors open. Weekend morning availability is a must.
Pay
$15/hour plus shared tips.
Team
Everyone on our small team is cross-trained, so you’ll learn the counter, the Toast Bar, and the bakery and pitch in wherever you’re needed.
About you
Warm, reliable, comfortable with a fast line. Retail or café experience is a plus, not required.
Start date

Toast Bar Attendant (Full-Time)
Longwood, FL · $15/hour plus shared tips
We’re opening our Longwood storefront (851 E State Road 434, Ste 130) in mid-November 2026. Our new Toast Bar serves thick slices of fresh sourdough with toppings like Dutch hagelslag, butter and jam, avocado and egg, and jalapeño cheddar with hot honey, plus drip coffee.
What you'll do
Slice and toast to order, prep fruit and veggies, cook eggs, build toppings fast and neatly, brew coffee, keep the stations stocked and the counter spotless, and pitch in around the rest of the bakery (restocking, cleaning, helping the team wherever needed).
Schedule
Full-time, Wednesday–Sunday, 7 AM–about 2:30 PM. We open at 8, so you’ll help set up before doors open.
Pay
$15/hour plus shared tips.

About you
Food service experience helps, and a baking or culinary degree is preferred, since how busy the Toast Bar gets will decide how much time you spend helping in the bakery. You’ll need a Florida food handler certificate, or get one before your first day.
