Why organic flour. We chose it because it is better food for everybody. No pesticides in the flour. Catalina has Hashimoto's, and organic flour is much better for her. It does not inflame her. We love organic and use it wherever we can. Not every ingredient can be organic. Customers have told us organic flour changed their life, and that they are eating bread again.

Shipping. Order by Wednesday noon. Baked Thursday morning, shipped Thursday afternoon, at your door Friday. $8, free at $50 or more.

Storage. For the best experience, keep it at room temperature for 1–2 days. This loaf comes pre-sliced, so it is ready for the freezer. Just pop a frozen slice straight into the toaster, or let it thaw at room temperature, and enjoy!

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, sourdough starter, sunflower, pumpkin, brown flax, golden flax, black chia, white chia, hemp, salt. Contains wheat.

Keeps 1–2 days at room temperature. To keep longer, slice and freeze. Toast slices straight from frozen.
